The national weather agency said Seoul recorded 9.7 centimeters of snow fall overnight as of 7 am. This snowing is only middle of Korea, like a Seou. Inchoen, Suwon…


I guess tourists from warm climate country has fun with snow or get memory about snow, but snow makes traffic problem.


If you have plan to move another area, Subway will be best your choice even though people crowed. Subway will be save your time.


The national weather agency also mentioned a heavy snowfall tomorrow night. Snow will fall all around of Korea. After snowing temperature will be down to -10 degree Celsius.
